Although a tool of pop culture in many respects the PS2 is also the state of the art console of the 21st century. I consider it important enough to me to post in this section. I mean people it has such flexibility with: Gaming,DVD,CD Backward Compatibility, and soon to come online features with this box you can't go wrong it is truly a Tower of Power. Naysayers claim that Dreamcast(this one's challenge to PS2 is already moot!),Game Cube, and X-Box are all threats but I highly doubt it with Sony's powerful prescence worldwide (Music,Movies,Gaming, and Home Electronics/Appliances). I close with this: I am all about the PS2 when it comes to gaming so it resides in the tastes section for this reason.

I am a huge alien fan and have always regarded the earlier ones as landmark in Sci-Fi Horror/Action. The films were designed to scare, an element lost in later installments of the series. With the rumors of a new alien film surfacing evrybody and their friends it seems have their own ideas (FOX should do this,FOX should do that). My take leave FOX to make their own movie be it good or bad don't try some crazy idea like the Dreams idea or canning Ripley. I hope that FOX can restore the horror and suspense that later films seem to lose in the action. Click below for ALIEN saga information.
